The repairs completed are brilliant and we now feel after the flood disaster we have our mobile home back. We had no worries whilst SH Caravans were handling our repairs, even delivering items for us from the UK to site in France, we would also like to mention that we were impressed with the detail a staff member by the name of Grant Stein went too in order to have things just right. | ||

I would like to recommend SH Caravans approved workshop at Marks Tey to you as an additional company to your service and warranty repair network.
What a breath of fresh air going to SH Caravans was. I was made to feel like a customer who had spent £50,000 on a new motorhome not just another problem driving into the car park. Their attention to detail and communication was first class and their engineer had an excellent technical understanding and fixed the fault with the fridge on the spot. I was so pleased with their professional and technical abilities of their approved workshop that I will now have them do my annual habitation service, with the confidence that the work will be carried out thoroughly and on time.
