What a breath of fresh air going to SH Caravans was. I was made to feel like a customer who had spent £50,000 on a new motorhome not just another problem driving into the car park. Their attention to detail and communication was first class and their engineer had an excellent technical understanding and fixed the fault with the fridge on the spot. I was so pleased with their professional and technical abilities of their approved workshop that I will now have them do my annual habitation service, with the confidence that the work will be carried out thoroughly and on time.
